Processing Time All orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We'll notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days — $15.00 or free on orders over $100.00
- Express Shipping (Australia): 1-3 business days — $19.00
- International Shipping: 1-3 business days — rates calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, United States & United Kingdom. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages Bookworm Boutique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at bookworm-boutique@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
